We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Redream Club. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Items must include any accessories, tags, or packaging materials that came with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, altered, final sale, or gift card items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Natural Material Variation
Our wood and stone bracelets are made with natural materials. Color, grain, texture, pattern, and bead appearance may vary from piece to piece. These natural differences are not considered defects.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at chenlunjie116@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
