Redream Club ships from Shenzhen, China. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days, $4.99 for orders under $59.
• Free Shipping: available for orders of $59 or more.
• Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days, $14.99.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
